About The Position

The Information Systems Department works with an expertly trained staff of over 900 to enhance the guest and member experience at our four properties by exceeding the highest standards of support and hospitality. This position will work proactively to maintain computer systems to ensure up time and optimal performance. Coordinate and manage computer systems and installation and operation of system-level software modules, upgrades, and system patches. Work collaboratively with management team to solve problems quickly and efficiently. Ability to exercise independent judgement within scope of job and make effective decisions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of technical support experience.
  • Recommended certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, MCP).
  • Experience supporting and troubleshooting the following: (Windows OS, Windows Server OS, DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience preferred in the following areas/applications: (networking, VLAN Mgt., firewall, web filtering, spam filtering, antivirus, VMWare, Citrix, SQL, Avaya, Cisco, Barracuda Networks, HP)
