This position involves coordinating routine actions related to communications and computer information, as well as communication/telephone systems issues. The role requires interfacing with internal customers and external support services. Key responsibilities include installing, updating, and operating personal computers and various software packages, such as word processing and spreadsheet applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint), along with any job-specific specialty applications. The technician will also be responsible for planning and implementing the movement of computer workstation components based on operational needs and performing cabling installations for computers and phones.
