We’re looking for an enthusiastic and technically capable entry level IT Technician to help support the wide range of technology requirements associated with developing and deploying state-of-the-art autonomous systems in a fast-paced startup environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem solving, working directly with people, and growing their technical skills across mac, windows, and linux systems. You’ll play a hands-on role in supporting onboarding, troubleshooting, inventory, user access, and AV support all within a fast paced cloud first environment using Google Workspace, Okta, and JumpCloud. You’ll also help transform how our team uses Freshservice - enhancing workflows, expanding automation through the Service Bot, and building out our knowledge base to drive self-service and reduce ticket volume.
