About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of computer experience, preferably in a hospital or clinic setting.
• Knowledge of computer system operations and data processing equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple technical tasks simultaneously.
• Availability to be on-call after hours and on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for the hospital and clinic's information technology systems.
• Manage work orders and ensure efficient completion of daily technical tasks.
• Maintain and troubleshoot the hospital and clinic's camera and phone systems.
• Oversee patch management and network support.
• Monitor and manage image deployment and MDM/Inventory systems.
• Ensure the backup system is operational and conduct regular updates.
• Manage Kaspersky updates and antivirus/security software.
• Respond to on-call after-hours and weekend technical issues.
• Ensure the smooth operation of all electronic data processing equipment.
