About The Position

For over 60 years, Calvary Healing Center has provided a full continuum of care, specializing in addiction treatment for adults across the Phoenix area and Nationwide. Calvary’s proven treatment programs address the practical, physical, and spiritual aspects of addiction for lasting recovery. Our flagship location in Phoenix offers onsite detoxification and residential treatment programs, a partial hospitalization program (PHP), and an intensive outpatient program (IOP). We also have a satellite clinic offering Intensive Outpatient Programs in the West Valley region. Through our programs we offer many other holistic healing and treatment options complementing our services ranging from yoga, art workshops, and music. We are looking for a qualified IT Technician that will work under the guidance of our Facility CEO. The IT Tech will install and maintain computer systems and networks aiming for the highest functionality, efficiency, thus optimizing the role of technology on business sustainability. The IT Tech will also train users of the systems to make appropriate and safe usage of the IT infrastructure. Our successful IT Technician must have a thorough knowledge of computer software and hardware and a variety of internet applications, networks, and operating systems. The ideal candidate will also have great troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • High School Graduate or equivalent required.
  • Associates degree from an accredited College or University in computer related field, trade school certificate in computer related studies, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks.
  • Knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles.
  • Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card.
  • Successful completion of trainings within BLS & FA along with Verbal De-Escalation, within 30 days of employment.
