The IT Technician I assists in the installation, setup, coordination, and maintenance of information systems and related IT equipment for all casino properties. This role requires comprehensive knowledge of computer hardware and software, operating systems, audio/visual equipment, Point of Sale (POS) systems, voice and data networks, and emerging technologies, along with a solid understanding of casino and IT operations. This position demands proficiency in operating PCs and related software, voice, video, and sound systems, as well as strong troubleshooting and customer service skills. Responsibilities include servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer equipment, configuring networks, managing inventory, and prioritizing tasks under pressure while ensuring confidentiality and adaptability to changing shifts.
