About The Position

This role is to ensure proper computer operation so that end users can accomplish business tasks. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting and actively resolving end user help requests and escalating incidents when considered appropriate and necessary. Problem resolution may involve the use of diagnostic and help request tracking tools, as well as require that the individual give in-person, hands- on help at the desktop level. This role is also responsible for quality reporting measures as needed.

Requirements

  • Combination of both education and/or experience in IT support responsibilities.
  • One (1) year experience as an IT Support Help Desk or other IT related position.
  • Clinical experience recommended.

Nice To Haves

  • IT related certificate is preferred but not required.
