Requirements

Associates degree in a technical discipline or 2 years of equivalent work experience in lieu of Associate's degree
1+ yrs IT experience to include familiarity with asset management, mobile device management (Mobile Iron, InTune)
Ability to work on a manufacturing shopfloor environment
Must wear company-provided ESD safety-toed shoes, smock, and other PPE in required areas
Sitting or standing for 10+ hours, reaching, and using hands/fingers to operate a computer and other office equipment
Must be able to push, pull, reach, twist, turn, stoop for duration of 10+ hour shifts
Ability to lift or carry objects up to 40 lbs. unassisted
Ability to bend at waist and perform repetitive foot and hand action
Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate any required computer keyboard, mouse, and other technical instruments.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level support of MES systems
Test and implement software developed by internal and external sources
Administer and configure MES applications, clients, and servers
Work with Production to investigate issues and provide solutions as they apply to MES or Legacy systems
Work with Oracle databases using SQLPlus and Hyperion, etc. - Working knowledge of MES routing to include adding/removing routing for new products and disposition units within the database - Support MES traceability for products, subassemblies, and components
Interact and collaborate with other regional and global team members especially when escalating issues
Be proactive and promote teamwork between the technicians and production operators
Interface; (support, assist, negotiate, consult) with: Engineers, peers, operators and management
Set an example for all in work ethics: skill level, application of said skills, and communications
