About The Position
The primary purpose of this position is to perform installations, maintenance, and repair work on any computer-related equipment, including laptops, desktops, communications equipment (digital & IP phones), tablets (e.g., iPads), smartphones (e.g., iPhones), printers, local area networks, and any piece of computer-related peripheral or software for end users. The role also involves responding to maintenance tickets and providing a high level of customer service to the end user.
