About The Position

The IT Technical Support Specialist I at Premier Health Consultants LLC is a generalist role focused on the installation, configuration, and support of computer systems, as well as providing end-user support and account maintenance. Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or six months to one year of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of common network protocols such as TCP/IP.
  • Familiarity with common operating systems such as Windows.
  • Proficiency in productivity software such as Microsoft Office.

  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Experience in customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Provide IT support via phone and remote connection to urgent care clinics.
  • Travel to urgent care clinics to provide on-site IT support when required.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop, laptop, and tablet computer systems.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve software, hardware, and network computing problems experienced by users.
  • Work with vendors to support site-specific systems such as phone systems, alarm systems, and X-ray imaging.
  • Set up and maintain user accounts in required systems.
  • Configure smartphones and mobile devices.
  • Install and configure a wide range of networked devices.
