About the Role: We’re looking for a customer-focused IT Technical Support Specialist to deliver exceptional support to Uniti’s internal teams. In this role, you’ll be on the front lines of the employee technology experience, helping ensure users stay connected, productive, and supported. You’ll troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of hardware, software, and network issues, while also managing software installation, configuration, connectivity, and removal. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex technical problems, and takes pride in providing outstanding customer service. As a highly visible, customer-facing team member, you’ll combine technical expertise with professionalism and strong communication skills to create a positive support experience for every user. This is an On-site work environment.
