The IT Systems Specialist will be responsible for the efficient administration, operation and maintenance of all computer systems, office systems, AV, and voice communications within the organization. The role will be handling 2nd level support, and on occasion 1st level support when needed. This role involves understanding various technologies/concepts (SaaS, IoT, IAM, ITSM, etc), engaging with stakeholders, maintaining exceptional customer support for PS employees, and assisting in the developing/deploying solutions which align with the long-term success of PS. This role will also assist in the support of server and network infrastructure maintenance, policy enforcement, and solutions implementation.
