About The Position

The IT Systems Specialist I assists in managing and optimizing HC3’s critical enterprise business systems and reporting across these platforms to provide valuable insights and metrics. This entry-level position supports system design and maintenance, provides assistance with business analysis tasks, and helps resolve system issues under the guidance of more senior team members.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of business systems and processes
• Able to follow instructions and work under supervision
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members
• Problem-solving skills for resolving routine issues
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Systems, or a related field, or equivalent job experience
• 0-2 years of experience in systems support or administration
• Basic experience with NetSuite, HubSpot, Jira Cloud, or similar systems

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with report writing tools such as Metabase
• Basic knowledge of business analysis principles

Responsibilities

• System Support: Assist with the daily operations and maintenance of NetSuite, HubSpot, and Jira Cloud. Provide basic support and troubleshooting for system issues under supervision.
• Report Writing: Generate and maintain standard reports and dashboards in NetSuite, HubSpot, Jira Cloud, and Metabase. Assist with data gathering and reporting tasks as needed.
• Business Analysis Support: Support business analysis tasks by gathering basic requirements and assisting in the documentation of business processes.
• System Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve routine system issues related to NetSuite, HubSpot, Jira Cloud, and reporting tools.
• System Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, workflows, and issue resolutions.
• Training and Development: Participate in training and development opportunities to build skills in system administration, business analysis, and reporting.
