This role is critical for ensuring continuity of business operations and driving future technology adoption, including automation and AI integration. This position will report directly to the CFO. Essential functions and Responsibilities: Develop and support custom applications and integrations using Visual Basic, SQL, and SharePoint. Maintain and enhance legacy ERP system (Unidata, SBClient), to ensure continuity of manufacturing operations. Collaborate with IT and operations teams to design and implement PowerApps solutions for workflow automation. Assist in programming and integration of automation equipment as needed. Participate in planning and execution of future technology initiatives, including AI-driven solutions and process automation. Troubleshoot and resolve software issues promptly to minimize downtime. Document code, processes, and system changes for internal knowledge reference. Provide technical support and training to internal users as necessary. Provide backup IT helpdesk duties, as needed.
