The Americas Site Process Management (SPM) Analyst is part of a central IT team that helps the North and South American manufacturing sites coordinate and standardize “Run and Protect” IT services at the site, including networks, servers, PCs, and applications. The role includes an on-call rotation providing 24x7 operational support for Critical and High incidents across all NA and SA manufacturing plants. This role also requires on-site plant visits to Southeast Michigan plants multiple times per month.
