About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. In this role, you will lead the strategic direction and delivery of IT solutions supporting Aggregates and HMA operations. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital transformation and process optimization. Additionally, you will oversee solution lifecycle management, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with enterprise architecture. Managing vendor relationships and ensuring service delivery meets performance expectations will also be part of your responsibilities. You will drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and agile methodologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a business-related field.
  • 3+ years of experience using business systems applications.
  • Strong understanding of Aggregates/HMA operations and related technologies.
  • Experience with enterprise platforms, integration strategies, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex IT initiatives.
  • Demonstrated capability in stakeholder engagement and change management.
