We are seeking a motivated IT Systems Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in desktop support, networking, cybersecurity, lab systems, and regulatory compliance. Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Interest in system troubleshooting, networking, cybersecurity, and lab support.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and work in a collaborative environment.
• Prior coursework or experience in IT support or systems is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting desktop and lab system issues across research centers.
• Learn how to support and maintain secure, fault-tolerant networks.
• Shadow team members in implementing IT solutions and upgrades.
• Participate in lab system setup and support, including imaging and deployment.
• Gain exposure to regulatory and compliance processes in IT environments.
• Collaborate with IT staff and research teams to understand infrastructure needs.
