  • Research, design, deliver and support enterprise endpoint solutions including endpoint management platforms, tools, automation, standards, processes and technology.
  • Design, develop, implement and support the Active Directory endpoint organizational unit structure.
  • Own the group policies / compliance items, security groups and filtering to enforce security compliance and standardize configurations across the enterprise.
  • Design, develop and implement monitoring, controls, reporting and standardization for provisioning end point security, operating systems and applications.
  • Utilize PowerShell, XML, VBScript, JSON scripting, Windows command shell, BASH, Shell and other scripting languages to automate endpoint management functions.
  • Develop knowledge base articles and architecture documentation, transferring knowledge to the technical communities.
  • Collaborate with Management, Systems Architect, users and customers to define, develop and implement solutions for complex endpoint problems.
  • Define, develop, support, document and transition knowledge for the use of management platforms, tools and standards for packaging and delivery of enterprise applications and security patches.
  • Provide expert level application packaging guidance to other team members.
  • Identify, test, standardize and transition support for new endpoint hardware, operating system and core application configurations.
  • Develop and implement endpoint reporting solutions including reporting platforms and report development.
  • Research, identify, develop and deliver endpoint technology opportunities that allow Sanford to scale, grow and transform.
  • Establish and deliver the endpoint management, operating system and hardware life-cycle road maps.
  • Resolve ongoing service delivery disruptions through problem management and provide advanced technical support to team members.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, management information systems, or related field required.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience working in a midsize to large organization implementing, managing, administering and using one or more endpoint management platforms including Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (ECM/SCCM).
  • Minimum of four years’ experience working in a midsize to large organization planning, engineering, implementing and supporting Microsoft Windows.
  • Thorough Knowledge of Active Directory group policies and development, structure and operation required.
  • Two years of scripting experience with preference for PowerShell.
  • Minimum of one year of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure experience, provisioning, setup and management of Citrix, VMware, Hyper-V or other hypervisor platforms.
  • Minimum of five years of experience with PC hardware and software support.
  • Engineering and delivery of G-Suite, Dell Wyse Management Suite, Parallels Mac Management or JAMF, Microsoft Endpoint Manager / Intune, Azure and on-premises Active Directory endpoint management structures is preferred.
  • ChromeOS and Mac OS X management experience a plus.
  • ITIL v3 or v4 foundation certification preferred.
  • Salary Range: $31.00 - $49.50
  • Pay starts at $31 and increases according to years of applicable experience.
  • Work Shift: 8 Hours - Day Shifts
  • Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
