Babylist is looking for an IT Systems Engineer to join our IT Team as a technical expert and strategic partner. Your primary function will be to support both our Columbus fulfillment center operations and our corporate IT infrastructure, two distinct environments that require different approaches but unified excellence. In this role, you'll configure, deploy, and maintain all connected devices across our organization, from our fulfillment center in Columbus, OH to corporate teams nationwide. You'll also provide critical support to our Corp IT Help Desk across multiple time zones, ensuring seamless operations wherever our teams work. This means building automation that eliminates manual work, continuously improving our managed IT systems, and serving as an escalation point for complex technical challenges. You'll be essential to the continued development, deployment, and ongoing support for both fulfillment center and corporate IT - driving innovation and ensuring our infrastructure scales with our growth.
