Everlaw is looking for a highly motivated Information Systems Engineer to join our growing IT team! The Information System Engineer reports to the Director, Corporate IT. As an Information Systems Engineer, you'll greatly impact the day-to-day experience of our employees! You'll draw on your technical aptitude, logical thought process, attention to detail, and project management skills to drive change through implementation of new technology platforms. You'll lead projects successfully with the support of your teammates. You'll set your own bar by being self-driven, naturally curious, and highly logical taking on complex problems, suggest a rigorous approach, and provide clear solutions. You'll use your exceptional collaboration and egoless communication skills to work across teams to discover opportunities and implement solutions accordingly.   • Use your egoless communication skills to collaborate with your teammates to solve complex IT projects.
  • Partner with the security engineering, operations, and employee experience team to ensure IT infrastructure is supporting the needs of the business and is secure.
  • Become familiar with our current IT infrastructure and SaaS tools.
  • Become familiar with our current IT initiatives and determine how you can contribute.
  • Use your attention to detail to roll out new IT tools and workflows.
  • Use your technical breadth to help maintain, automate, and improve our IT infrastructure.
  • Develop strong relationships with all teams at Everlaw to collaborate on IT initiatives.
  • At least 5 years of experience working with IT infrastructure tools in an environment that is mostly/entirely cloud-based.
  • Deep experience in supporting Atlassian Cloud infrastructure, most notably Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong interest in AI tooling, particularly in administering and defining best practices for company-wide AI tools.
  • Experience in building automations utilizing APIs and workflow utilities (Okta Workflows, Trelica, Zapier, Workato, etc).
  • Experience managing and supporting an SSO/IdP solution (Okta, OneLogin, etc).
  • Comfortable managing computers and mobile devices through MDMs (Jamf, InTune, etc).
  • Proactive, constantly assessing the configuration of IT platforms and making recommendations on how they can be improved.
  • Incredibly organized, process-driven, and capable of anticipating and mitigating friction points in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player, willing to help other IT members resolve problems when needed.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Atlassian-based certifications.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (Bash, Python, PowerShell, etc).
  • Comfortable managing office network environments, preferably in Meraki.
  • Experience supporting cloud-based IT infrastructure for a company that is globally distributed.
  • Familiarity supporting an environment with Ubuntu Linux laptops.
  • Experience with audio/video systems (Zoom, Google Meet, etc).
  • Experience deploying and supporting a SaaS endpoint security solution.
  • Ability to perform work after hours when necessary.
  • The expected salary range for this role is between $128,000 - $192,000.
