About The Position

Reporting to the VP/ CIO , the IT Systems & Services Designer is responsible for the end-to-end design of IT systems and services. This role focuses on the process of creating and enhancing the overall experience that users have when interacting with a product, system, or service. The Designer will have the opportunity to define how the product looks and feels, while collaborating closely with cross-functional partners to bring that vision to life. This role also focuses on pushing the visual craft, polish, and consistency of our product UI to the next level, ensuring it resonates with our users and stands out, and bridges the gap between high-level business needs and technical implementation, translating requirements into detailed designs and specifications that can be built, tested, and deployed effectively. This position may require occasional evening, weekend, or holiday hours.

• Defines and executes long-term design strategy aligned with business objectives and drives design thinking methodology across the organization.
• Identifies opportunities for innovation and leads exploratory design initiatives.
• Establishes and evolves design standards and best practices and ensures consistent, high-quality design implementation.
• Owns end-to-end design process for major product initiatives.
• Creates comprehensive design systems that scale.
• Develops user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Applies data analytics to inform design decisions.
• Leads design sprints and innovation workshops.
• Leads design reviews and provides constructive feedback.
