Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related field with one year of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience in IT support, systems analysis, or business process improvement.
Familiarity with enterprise, client, or web applications (ERP, CRM, HRIS), basic data concepts, and their role in business operations.
Exposure to SDLC practices (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid), collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence); interest in learning Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and ability to support sprint planning and UAT activities.
Ability to analyze, map, and optimize business processes using visual tools such as flowcharts, swim lanes, or value stream mapping.
Service orientation with curiosity and problem-solving mindset; strong troubleshooting skills with experience resolving Tier 1–2 application support requests.
Exposure to one or more business domains such as Human Resources (HR), Finance, Supply Chain, or Engineering, Marketing, Sales or Service through internships, coursework, or part-time roles.
