IT Systems Analyst
About The Position
SAIC is seeking an IT Systems Analyst to to perform full lifecycle duration data management and conduct system administration and maintenance on a stand-alone network. This position is located in McLean, VA and requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Collecting, compiling, evaluating, and publishing information and statistical data included in documents, records, forms, reports, plans, policies, and regulations. Providing architectural and engineering support to develop business and production requirements. Analyzing new technologies/hardware/software to determine the applicability/need in the existing or proposed system, to include cloud networks and technology.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
- Bachelors and 9 years or more experience; Masters 7 years or more experience.
- Ability to work as a tools trainer.
- Five (5) or more years of demonstrated experience in the following:
- Working within an Agile Scrum team environment .
- Performing requirements analysis.
- Working with financial data sets.
- Providing data in a visualized format.
- Using tracking tools such as Jira.
- Using team collaboration tools such as Confluence or similar.
Responsibilities
- Collecting, compiling, evaluating, and publishing information and statistical data included in documents, records, forms, reports, plans, policies, and regulations.
- Providing architectural and engineering support to develop business and production requirements.
- Analyzing new technologies/hardware/software to determine the applicability/need in the existing or proposed system, to include cloud networks and technology.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for the application, providing guidance and troubleshooting support when needed.
- Analyze user feedback, support tickets, and usage data to identify training gaps and improve engagement strategies.
