About The Position

This position offers an opportunity to begin a career in systems analysis supporting critical Navy maintenance systems. The ideal candidate will combine technical aptitude with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Success in this role requires: Strong analytical abilities Good communication skills Technical aptitude Problem-solving capabilities Attention to detail Ability to work in a team environment Note: Position supports NMMES software suite which includes both legacy software applications and current web application technologies running on multiple operating systems. This entry-level role provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience in systems analysis while supporting mission-critical Navy systems. The position offers exposure to a wide range of technologies and business processes in a complex IT environment. This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately. However, this position is representative of positions within CACI that are consistently available. Individuals who apply may also be considered for other positions at CACI.

Requirements

• Knowledge of computer hardware and software systems
• Basic troubleshooting skills
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required security clearances
• Must be able to work in a structured environment
• Must be willing to learn DoD/Navy specific systems and processes
• Must be comfortable working with both legacy and modern technologies

Nice To Haves

• Experience with DoD/Navy programs or similar government IT systems
• Familiarity with network configurations
• Understanding of system documentation practices
• Knowledge of COTS implementation processes
• Basic understanding of project lifecycle management
• Experience with technical documentation
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
