The position supports applications and projects across IT, providing a high level of customer support to users across multiple sites. The role involves various responsibilities including the design, installation, configuration, maintenance, and testing of supported applications. The individual will work closely with the Information Security team to implement and support designated application user controls, conduct research on new IT technologies, and troubleshoot application issues. Additionally, the role requires a commitment to increasing the efficiencies and security of existing applications, assisting with ATM monitoring and technical support, and being available outside of normal business hours for application updates and implementations. Continuing education on all supported applications is also a key aspect of this position, along with demonstrating effective interpersonal skills to interact positively with internal customers and team members, while adhering to bank-defined policies and procedures.
