Responsible for third-tier support on business applications. These individuals are experts in their fields and are responsible for not only assisting both Tier I and Tier II personnel, but with the research and development of solutions to new or unknown issues. Note that Tier III analyst have the same responsibility as Tier II analyst in reviewing the work order and assessing the time already spent with an issue so that the work is prioritized, and time management is sufficiently utilized. If it is at all possible, the analyst will work to solve the problem with the customer as it may become apparent that the Tier I and/or Tier II technicians simply failed to discover the proper solution. The analyst must interact with vendors for support and issue resolution on assigned business applications. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Liaise with project team and stakeholders on an ongoing basis. Act as subject matter expert in IT business application implementations and support Define system success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout system applications build process. Provide project postmortem information and create recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements. Develop best practices and tools for system implementation and support. Provide third level support to core related applications and systems. Assist in defining project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with PMO. Act as Subject Matter Expert on assigned projects. Analyze a business realm and document its business, process, or system. Standardize advanced workflows. Understand business rules and requirements for banking data and items processing or other FI banking systems. Lead minor project expectations as assigned by team manager. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle. Provide project postmortems information.
