You will be joining our growing IT team, which has responsibility for all central systems and support. You will be leading the effort to streamline, automate, and grow our IT support processes. This position will work with the Head of IT to complete support requests, while working on IT Infrastructure and Automation projects.

  • Complete our onboarding program designed to get you up to speed on our business, vision and team

  • Be deeply involved with the onboarding for all new employees
  • Work towards upgrading our existing wireless setup
  • Understand our systems and actively streamlining support requests
  • Work towards streamlining our computer deployments
  • Streamlined the onboarding experience
  • Work toward automating the new hire setup
  • Settled on a wifi upgrade path
  • Worked with our Software teams to streamline and automate vulnerability management
  • Have automated the new account setup process
  • Streamlined new computer rollouts using automation tools
  • Deep understanding of our support processes and actively finding ways to improve them
  • Upgraded wifi setup with additional security and authentication
  • Have a deep understanding of our IT infrastructure and created a plan to streamline and enhance
  • Strong background in Troubleshooting
  • 5 Years Desktop support
  • 5 Years macOS support
  • 5 Years Windows support
  • Experience with Video Conferencing systems (e.g. Zoom)
  • 5 Years experience supporting Cloud Productivity suites (e.g. Office 365)
  • Advanced PowerShell scripting experience
  • Security Clearance
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Defender and Sentinel
  • Advanced Experience with Intune
  • Advanced Experience with Jamf Pro
  • Experience supporting Android, iPhone, iPad
  • Great customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with network equipment, wifi systems, and VLANs
  • Experience with endpoint deployment automation systems
  • Experience with Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, etc) administration
  • Familiarity 802.1x, RADIUS, and NACs
  • Experience supporting Executive Staff
