Our IT Systems Administrator will support our internal teams; they will be responsible for software, hardware, network support, troubleshooting, and the advancement of the systems and applications for our business units. They will support our managers and employees through training, updates, and continuous learnings of their applicable programs. Our IT Systems Administrator IV will work with applications like Google Workspace, Jamf, Okta, Zoom and various other applications utilized by our teams.

Requirements

  • Requires special technical knowledge of the techniques and procedures of software, hardware, and network support for multiple users.
  • Must understand installation, configuration, and troubleshooting processes for software, hardware, networking, and accessory equipment.
  • Requires sufficient analytical skills to assess problems or unusual situations and develop solutions.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT or related field
  • Bachelors degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Bash or PowerShell scripting
  • Experience managing Jamf or similar Apple Mobile Device Management (MDM) system
  • Experience managing Intune, AirWatch or similar Mobile Device Management (MDM) system
  • Experience managing Zscaler, Tailscale, Cloudflare, Palo Alto, or similar Zero Trust system
  • Experience managing Okta or similar IAM system
  • Experience managing CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, or similar endpoint security system
  • Experience managing Meraki or similar networking system
  • Experience managing Zoom or similar system

Responsibilities

  • Knowledge of and technical expertise supporting Apple products.
  • Works independently and exercises reasonable judgment with little supervision while providing clear documentation of activities and accomplishments.
  • Manage standard deployment or implementation of hardware/software solutions.
  • Passion for technology, teamwork, overcoming challenges and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Serve as primary system administrator for various tools in our tech stack
  • Performs hardware/software upgrades to existing computer equipment as needed.
  • Trains users in aligned departments as needed in startup, basic and advanced use of software programs including Google Workspace, Apple Laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Working knowledge of Standard software and a wide variety of commonly used hardware.
  • Assists in evaluation and testing of computer software and in planning for future needs.
  • Assist in building a roadmap for future IT policies, procedures, and applications.
  • Ability to work and deliver efficiently on various IT projects.
  • Basic understanding of networking and routing protocols.
  • Consistently update job knowledge.
  • Performs other related duties as required to accomplish the objectives of the position.
