We’re looking for a sharp, reliable, and independent full time Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm IT Systems Administrator to join Tactical Techs and support one of our major clients at their headquarters in Sherman Oaks. Although we’re an MSP, this role is primarily onsite at the client’s office. You’ll be the primary go-to technician for all staff IT needs. Tickets come through Atera, by phone, and walk-ins, and the volume is fast-paced with around 50 tickets closed per day . You should be comfortable supporting everything from basic workstation issues to deep troubleshooting involving networking, servers, Azure/Entra, and Autopilot deployments. If you’re someone who takes ownership, communicates well, and enjoys being the primary onsite hero, this is a great fit.   • Serve as the primary onsite technician for all staff IT support
  • Handle tickets, phone calls, and walk-ins from staff
  • Create/modify Entra ID & Microsoft 365 users, groups, mailboxes
  • Provision, enroll, and deploy devices using Autopilot/Intune
  • Support Windows, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Exchange online
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, printing, and peripheral issues
  • Resolve network issues involving switches, WiFi, DNS, DHCP
  • Support VOIP phone setup and management (Jive GoTo Connect)
  • Assist with issues involving Azure VMs, on-prem servers, and connectivity
  • Document all work clearly in tickets
  • Work independently and escalate to David (owner of Tactical Techs)
  • 5+ years of IT Support or MSP experience
  • Strong skills in Microsoft 365 / Entra ID / Azure AD
  • Experience with Autopilot, device provisioning, and Intune workflows
  • Ability to troubleshoot networking at a basic–intermediate level
  • Comfortable supporting Windows 10/11 and core M365 applications
  • Experience with VOIP systems (Jive/GoTo a plus)
  • Solid communication, documentation, and customer service skills
  • Ability to run an IT office with confidence
