About The Position

The Systems Administrator I will be a part of a team that provides systems administration for all servers and applications utilized in the 96th Medical Group, including the file, application and services, DHA, Air Force, DoD Standard Systems, and vendor-supplied systems.

Requirements

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
• May substitute equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in the field or a related area.
• Must possess a Security+ CE certification.
• Must have an advanced knowledge of general server hardware and Microsoft Server Operating Systems.
• Must have an advanced understanding of software installation and configuration.
• Must have a general knowledge of networks and network devices (switches, routers, firewalls, etc.).
• Must have demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must meet eligibility requirements for work assignment on the specified contract(s).
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Must be able to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings, as appropriate.
