The position involves SAP and Salesforce system administration, responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting from SAP and Salesforce software up and running, providing technical support to end users of SAP and Salesforce Basis, collaborating with the operation/dev-ops team. The role also includes overseeing the day-to-day operations of the IT department, managing and maintaining computer systems, networks, and software, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of IT infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing solutions.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department.
- Manage and maintain computer systems, networks, and software.
- Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of IT infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions.
- Lead and supervise IT staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Manage IT projects, from planning and implementation to completion.
- Create, manage, and assign user permissions and access levels.
- Assist in maintaining fleet of end user devices through patching and lifecycle management.
- Install and configure operating systems, applications, servers, and network devices.
- Monitor system performance, identify and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Maintain Active Directory, O365 components, CRM, MDM and other systems.
- Implement and maintain data backup strategies.
- Work with security lead to implement and enforce security policies.
- Manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimization strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent.
- 5-8 years of related experience.
- Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft services such as Active Directory, Office 365, Azure, and Dynamics SL 2015.
- Basic knowledge of SAP.
- Familiarity with Power Shell.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Server operating systems.
- Basic understanding of Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with VMware ESXi and vCenter products.
- Some familiarity with NetApp or other SAN environments.
- Understanding of basic networking concepts.
- Bilingual preferred (Korean and English).
