The position involves SAP and Salesforce system administration, responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting from SAP and Salesforce software up and running, providing technical support to end users of SAP and Salesforce Basis, collaborating with the operation/dev-ops team. The role also includes overseeing the day-to-day operations of the IT department, managing and maintaining computer systems, networks, and software, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of IT infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing solutions.
