About The Position
In this position you will be afforded the opportunity to telework, however there will be required weekly in-office day(s) in Helena. Specific conditions will be outlined as part of the job offer and must adhere to state policy. We are looking for an enthusiastic and technically-minded individual to join our team as a ServiceNow Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to help modernize Montana's state government by enabling digital workflows and forms for agencies. In this role, you'll be instrumental in developing and promoting the use of ServiceNow, focusing on its user-friendly, low-code/no-code capabilities. You'll be involved in the day-to-day operations of the platform, managing user accounts, helping to configure out-of-the-box applications like Incident, Problem, and Change Management, supporting existing Service Catalog items. You'll also be a crucial first point of contact for troubleshooting common user issues, assisting with basic technical problems, and contributing to clear documentation of our processes. This is a unique chance to be at the forefront of digital transformation for our state.
