The position involves supporting and deploying front and backend infrastructure networking for all inter and intra-site data communications, including wired and wireless (WiFi & Cellular), client VPN, and internet connectivity. Responsibilities include operations for servers, which encompass hardware and software upgrades, installation, repair, and support for data storage, backups, operating systems, virtualization, and data center management. The role also involves managing O365 users, licensing, Exchange, databases, and applications, as well as handling Active Directory accounts, groups, and policies. Additionally, the position covers voice/telecom services, IT security measures, desktop support for corporate offices and stores, hardware and software management, mobile device management, signage/presentation support, vendor account maintenance, documentation upkeep, IT department maintenance, project management, and miscellaneous interdepartmental projects.

  • Support and deployment for all inter and intra-site data communications.
  • Operations for servers including hardware and software upgrades.

  • Provide planning and equipment for non-standard or surprise events.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of corporate experience in IT.
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of all common IT functions and systems.
  • Extensive experience with Windows 10 & 11 operating systems.
  • Basic knowledge of command prompt (DOS) and/or PowerShell.
  • Complete working knowledge of PC hardware.
  • Thorough understanding of home and office networking concepts and hardware.
  • Working knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM).
  • Experience with virus or spyware removal.
  • Experience with Windows Servers (2008 through present).
  • Basic understanding of Active Directory user and group maintenance.
  • Experience with ShoreTel/MiTel VOIP systems or Cisco Call Manager.
  • Friendly and knowledgeable customer service skills.
  • Experience in basic IT training and instruction.
  • Knowledge & experience with SQL and/or Oracle databases.
  • Self-motivated and a team player.
  • Good attention to detail and logical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift at least 30 pounds.
  • Experience with Cisco Meraki.
  • Experience with Meraki Systems Manager.
