The role also involves managing O365 users, licensing, Exchange, databases, and applications, as well as handling Active Directory accounts, groups, and policies. Additionally, the position covers voice/telecom services, IT security measures, desktop support for corporate offices and stores, hardware and software management, mobile device management, signage/presentation support, vendor account maintenance, documentation upkeep, IT department maintenance, project management, and miscellaneous interdepartmental projects.
