About The Position

As an IT System Administrator, you will support our mission critical prime program by assisting with the installation, configuration, and integration of new systems/applications into client IT environments. These include cloud, network, LDAP, and certificate-based infrastructure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in IT including 3+ years experience in system administration.
• A Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline from an accredited institution.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced technical environment.
• Willingness to work off-hours occasionally for updates or incident resolution.
• Exposure to Git or version control systems.
• Experience using command-line interfaces (CLI).
• Interest in automation or infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Entry-level certifications preferred: CompTIA A+, Network+, or Linux+.
• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (a plus).
• Docker Certified Associate or CKA (a plus).

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation, configuration, and integration of new systems/applications into client IT environments.
• Perform system health checks and basic troubleshooting.
• Use system logs and monitoring tools for system maintenance.
• Document procedures and resolutions.
• Interact with clients and internal teams professionally.
