The Division IT Support role at AppleOne involves providing comprehensive IT support to employees in a construction division.   • Provide in-person, hands-on support for computers, printers, copiers, and phones.
  • Assist users with applications including Sales applications, Microsoft Office, and web tools.
  • Collaborate with regional and corporate staff to address IT needs.
  • Maintain copiers, phone systems, printers, computers, networks, and software applications.
  • Ensure system accessibility for all users with minimal downtime.
  • Manage software and hardware inventory, including maintenance and upgrades.
  • Administer user accounts and groups on all systems, including setup and termination of accounts.
  • Procure necessary equipment, services, and software from vendors.
  • Train staff on all applications.
  • Conduct business in a professional and ethical manner.
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
  • 1-3 years of related experience and/or training in IT support.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email applications.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
  • Experience in a construction or similar industry.
  • Familiarity with IT procurement processes.
