Foundations Health Solutions is seeking an IT Support Technician to join their team. This position is responsible for resolving incidents, implementing solutions, and ensuring a well functioning environment for our end users. The IT Support Technician is primarily responsible for resolving incidents and implementing solutions that prevent incidents. Operating as part of the FHS Support organization, the IT Support Technician is escalation support for Service Desk, and the internal FHS Support team. They function as a liaison between the Service Desk and end users. They identify trends or problems that are common and develops solutions that provide a faster response to incidents or eliminates the incidents altogether. IT Support Technicians coordinate with various solution stakeholders to scope, develop and deploy these solutions to the IT environment. Typical duties include: Technical support for the environment and applications Administrative support Resolution of incidents Assistance in the development and implementation of solutions
