About The Position

As the IT Support Technician, you’ll provide first‑line technical support to internal and external users across multiple business lines and office locations. Working as part of a small but highly effective team, you’ll troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues, deliver dependable customer service, and maintain clear documentation within our support systems. Occasional travel (approximately 10%) is required. Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of Help Desk or Technical Support experience.
  • Strong understanding of IT fundamentals and troubleshooting methods.
  • Familiarity with desktop support in a Windows environment.
  • Basic knowledge of networking (IP addressing, Wi‑Fi troubleshooting).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to help desk tickets, phone calls, and emails.
  • Troubleshoot common IT issues, including: Password resets and account access Printer setup and connectivity Application errors and software usage
  • Perform basic hardware diagnostics and repairs (desktops, laptops, peripherals).
  • Assist with basic networking tasks such as connectivity checks and cable management.
  • Document all support activities within the ticketing system.
  • Provide on‑site support at external locations when required.
  • Apply and uphold information security best practices.
  • Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
