As the IT Support Technician, you’ll provide first‑line technical support to internal and external users across multiple business lines and office locations. Working as part of a small but highly effective team, you’ll troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues, deliver dependable customer service, and maintain clear documentation within our support systems. Occasional travel (approximately 10%) is required.
