Requirements
- 100% on-site
- Drug / nicotine screening
- Great communication skills
- 4 years of IT support experience
- Excellent customer service mindset
- Analytical troubleshooting and resolution experience
- O365 / M365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Active Directory support
- Warehouse technology support (scanners, label printers, WM systems)
Nice To Haves
- SQL knowledge
- College degree or certifications
- Experience supporting multi-site operations
- Experience documenting IT configurations and change management
Responsibilities
- Own tickets from start to finish
