Closing Date: December 19th, 2025 The IT Support Technician will be a key member of our growing US-based Technology team, providing frontline technical support to employees, contractors, and guests at our new Indianapolis facility. This role serves as the first point of contact for all IT-related issues, ensuring timely resolution, excellent service, and a seamless technology experience for our team. This position is highly customer-focused and will partner closely with our global IT colleagues to support a modern, high-performance end-user environment across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Microsoft 365.
