About The Position

As an IT Technician II, you will support tactical IT operations, executing day-to-day tasks, troubleshooting end-user technology, and contributing to departmental projects. You represent IT to the business and deliver exceptional service with a customer-first approach.

Requirements

  • 3 years experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment.
  • 3 years experience in an IT support role.
  • Valid Drivers license and reliable transportation is a must, as you will need to travel to our clients other sites in the Dallas area occasionally
  • Exceptional customer and client focus.
  • Strong diagnostic and issue-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Hands-on technical expertise with hardware and software.
  • Team-oriented with collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the IT Support team’s tactical goals and operational tasks.
  • Support senior team members in executing departmental projects.
  • Follow guidance from the IT Support Supervisor for daily responsibilities.
  • Provide 24x5 coverage with on-call weekend availability as scheduled.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through strong technical and communication skills.
  • Escalate issues appropriately and keep management informed of ongoing impacts.
  • Travel occasionally to other sites in the Dallas to assist on an as needed basis.
  • Document all incoming issues and escalate when required.
  • Perform additional duties as business needs evolve.
