About The Position
The IT Support Technician plays a crucial role in the NWGNA IT Enterprise Infrastructure team, providing technical support to ensure the needs of the business are met. This position requires a service-oriented individual with a passion for delivering quality and timely service, working primarily from the New Bedford location with some remote work after a 90-day review. The technician will support multiple organizations across North America, focusing on maintaining optimal performance and uptime of IT infrastructure.
