The primary purpose of the IT Support Technician position is to provide phone and remote computing support. An IT Support Technician provides advanced analysis of business processes and management problems in terms of system and customer-department requirements and acts as the first point of contact for customers to remediate complex issues at the client level. There are 2 openings available with shifts from Monday to Friday, either from 9 AM to 6 PM or from 1 PM to 10 PM.
