Field-Based: Role requires presence in Boca Raton, Florida. We are seeking an IT Support Technician based in Boca Raton to support the installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of hardware, operating systems, software, cybersecurity, asset procurement and data analytics. Reporting to the SVP of IT, Security and Infrastructure, this role will play a key part in help desk support, IT asset tracking, onboarding/offboarding, and internal technical support operations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years IT Support experience (IP phones, desktops, laptops, applications, Wi-Fi, system setups).
  • 1+ year network/infrastructure admin experience, including VPNs, VMs, and network setup.
  • A+ and Network+ certification required.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM.
  • Experience with Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Office365, Teams, SharePoint, and Adobe Admin.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer support skills.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to lift 30-50 lbs and perform physically active IT support tasks.
  • AS or BS in Computer Information Management or equivalent education/experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Python, Power BI, and Power Automate experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve help desk tickets and service management requests related to hardware (Windows, Mac, OS) and various software tools (Office365, JIRA, Adobe, IronClad).
  • Handle onboarding/offboarding activities including provisioning/de-provisioning hardware/software.
  • Track IT assets and manage inventories of hardware and software.
  • Create purchase orders (POs) for IT hardware/software.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot office equipment (e.g., access control, printers, Wi-Fi, IP phones).
  • Assist with VPN, password, login, mobile, email, TEAMS, and SharePoint support.
  • Create job aids and user tutorials for internal applications.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
