The IT Support Technician provides frontline technical support for end users, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, equipment, and software. This position plays a critical role in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining IT assets, and upholding HIPAA security and privacy standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users. This role also involves travel between locations, requiring a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. The technician should also be capable of lifting and moving IT equipment up to 50 lbs as part of hardware deployment and maintenance tasks. On-call and after-hours work may be required on occasion. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION Location: Downtown Eugene, with some opportunity for hybrid work.
