Job Summary The IT Support Technician I will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to users within the organization. This role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, as well as assisting with the setup and deployment of new devices. The technician will maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions and update service desk work instructions as needed.
