The role requires the ability to install and configure IT equipment, perform PC refreshes, deploy new hires' devices, and manage device retirement. Responsibilities include reimaging laptops, basic inventory management, and upgrading hardware/software. The role also involves troubleshooting software (Windows 10/11, Office, Outlook, Teams) and hardware issues, including printers, and maintaining printer operations.
