About The Position
OnTrac is hiring an IT Hub Support Technician to oversee and support the functionality of dimensional and barcode scanners at our Sort Centers. This individual will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on daily scanner performance, addressing scanner issues, and traveling to various sites to resolve any emergencies related to broken scanners.
