This position is responsible for responding to hardware/software inquiries for Local System Administrators support team. This team manages, configures and supports end user devices including but not limited to desktops, laptops, tablets, thin clients, printers, monitors, as well as troubleshoot and support Microsoft Office applications, updates to various third-party software and Endpoint security definition updates. This position is asked to participate and, in some cases, act as a project lead on various IT projects such as applications upgrades and infrastructure refreshes. The Local System Administrator (LSA) is responsible for installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. This individual ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values.
