About The Position

We are a passionate team of engineers, physicists, and cryptographers committed to transforming the way the world safeguards data and communications! We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to lead and manage our outsourced IT relationships, ensuring day-to-day end user requests are acknowledged and resolved via email or ticketing system. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues within the company. The ideal candidate will have experience in technology and vendor management, with a focus on maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our organization's data. This is an onsite NYC role.
