About The Position
The IT Support Specialist at Mineola ISD is responsible for maintaining the district's technology hardware and infrastructure. This entry-level position requires diagnosing and repairing minor technology issues while providing excellent customer service. The specialist will respond to work orders and assist in the district technology department under the supervision of the Technology Coordinator.
